David Schnell is the author of The Night
Before Baseball at the Park by the Bay. David was inspired to produce this children's book by his young son's love for all things baseball. When David and his wife Sara introduced baseball to their toddler, the game instantly became a shared family passion. A glove and ball were constant companions, and playing catch became a nightly ritual. As avid readers, they longed
for a children's picture book that captured baseball's magic. This book is the result as it celebrates the San Francisco Giants and pays tribute to the team and its fans.

Randall Heath
Randall Heath has designed dozens of children's books for some of the most respected names in publishing. He and Macky first worked together on Joshua Prince's I Saw an Ant on the Railroad Track, and I Saw an Ant in the Parking Lot. A Midwest transplant, he attended his first Giant's game shortly after moving to San Francisco in 2006 and immediately fell in love with the sweeping beauty of the park by the Bay and the scrappy heroics of the team that plays there and has been a die-hard fan ever since.
